IMO opiates are much better for public speaking.
This. The opiates will most definitely make you sociable, euphoric, and give you a high self esteem.IMO opiates are much better for public speaking.
Note taken, although I thought Xanax was more addictive because of its quicker onset and shorter half-life? my doc said clonzepam takes effect in as little as 20 minutes.
Anyways Sublingual hits you faster, so how long prior to my speech should I take them so the peak effects are hitting me?
Kokaino: Do you have any input on a benzo/opiate combo for anixety relief related to public speaking?
I don't know how much benefit an opiate would add to a benzo in terms of relief of anxiety related to public speaking. It may add additive sedative effects, but not much anti-anxiety effects. I think a benzo alone in moderation would be sufficient enough to alleviate anxiety related to public speaking. In fact, I think a small dose of amphetamine mixed with the benzo would probably be a better combo than a benzo/opiate. Amphetamines add confidence to the equation, so it would be a better choice or combo IMO. Although a moderate dose of an highly anxiolytic benzo with weaker sedative activity like clonazepam or lorazepam on its own would be ideal.
I just don't know about combing the two the last time I did that I was in a dream state and I don't want them to think I'm on heavy meds.
Clonazepam is like a freight train, will reduce shyness, nerves but may adveresly afeect mental functioning.
Thanks for your guys input it means a lot to me. When I practice with my group today Ill let you know how my affects my speech. If I'm not fluent enough, then I'll try morphine for the presentation day and see how it goes.
And your right my doc said clonazepam is a neutron bomb for anxiety.
I'll keep you posted.
