Clonodine + Zolpidem = good sleep mix?

I take Adderall during the day for ADHD and sometimes have sleep issues, so I've been taking zolpidem for a couple years to counteract insomnia. It's become pretty ineffective so the doc prescribed clonodine. She didn't specify whether I should take it with the zolpidem or not.

I took both of them together last night before bed and it was like the ultimate sleep cocktail - I went right out no problem. But then I woke up this morning with a headache, blurred vision, and slight indigestion problems.

These symptoms could be just from lack of sleep over the last several days, but I came here to ask if anyone takes this combo for sleep and if you have any hangover effects?

clonodine counter acts the stimulant properties of amphetamines thats probably why it helps are u on the xr version
