Clonidine + doxylamine safe? Heart block

Can I safely take 0.2mg clonidine with 30mg doxylamine for sleep?

If I take clonidine alone my heart rate tends to be low already (55-60 bpm).

I love clonodine it's a life saver for opiate WD and sleeping in general. But doxylamine really makes you like derp sleepy your brain ambien shut down type sleepy not a body high benzo relaxed sleepy . Take clonodine first and wait an hour before taking half of what you think is okay of doxylamine idk that's what I would do myself I can't tell you what to do be very careful don't take them together at once

Yeah, that's perfectly safe. Doxylamine is an anticholinergic. So if anything, it would make your heart rate increase.
