I don't have too much experience with lorazepam, I've probably taken less than 1000 ativan 2mg in conjunction with other benzos, and SL they kicked in for me, however weak, in about 15 minutes.
The vast majority of my experience with lorazepam has been IV. It really takes you guys 2 hours to feel ativan???? wtf?
Alprazolam is the best pill to SL IMO. I mean halcion is DAMN good too but I'm not recommending it to the OP who is not tolerant to benzos, and is using them for academic purposes, for which benzos are already slightly contradicted.
It doesn't take "US" to feel lorazepam in 2 hours. I am getting this from studies on its pharmacokinetics and its peak plasma levels. For most people oral lorazepam reaches its peak intensity approximately 2 hours post-ingestion of the drug. For some, it may take even longer. But as I said, most people will feel effects at the 30 minute mark, its just that plasma levels don't reach peak intensity until the 2 hour mark.
