Benzos Clonazepam and Xanax tolerance

Hey there, I used big amounts of Clonazepam and Xanax and last week , and I don’t feel the high anymore.. how can I reduce my tolerance other than quitting? is there any other way to do it? Faster?? reduce tolerance back faster.. by the way am 2 days clean

Clean as in no benzos. No the only way to reduce tolerance in my experience is quitting but even then some tolerance will remain.

I can take breaks for months and still need 60mg valium to feel much.

Only way is to use less frequently at lower doses.
