Cleaning off Black Tar

So how do you clean the last of the black tar off your baggies? Is cooking the baggies a bad idea (it seems like it). Let them stand in a slightly acidic solution?
Im sure everyone who has used black tar has had the problem of getting it all out of the bag.

I usually try to "mop" it up with the last chunk of tar I use (seems to work). Put them in the fridge first to frim it up. If there's a lot of residue that just won't come off, soaking the baggy in the water in the spoon removes almost all of it. There's some water (and hence goodness) that clings to the baggy, but not much.

Just for my info, what exactly is this tar ang baggie you all are talking about? excuse the ignorance, but i'd really like to know...
