Cimetidine or (white) grapefruit juice for benzo/opiate potentiation?

I skimmed through the grapefruit juice potentiation thread and I couldn't find the answer I was looking for, so I'm gonna go ahead and ask it hoping it wasn't already answered and I just didn't see the answer somewhere.

If I were wanting to intentionally take grapefruit juice or tagamet for potentiating purposes, how long is it best to wait before taking the recreational substance? Say I was going to drink 16 oz. of white grapefruit, after that, how long until I take my preferred drug to be potentitated? There's lots of good info in the other thread, but there's not much information about when to take the potentiator in contrast to the rectrational drug at hand, how long the potentiation might last, etc. Thanks for any help.

As far as I've been able to determine, from reading, not trying for myself actually:

there's no set timing with GFJ. The flavanoids and furanocoumarins that cause the enzyme inhibition can stay in your body causing lasting enzyme inhibition for quite some time but also can take some time before the inhibition even begins.

I'd like to see some more sources on the wiki article but it claims naringin, one of the chemicals in GFJ that causes enzyme inhibition, can take up to 72 hours to take effect.

I have all these 4 things and intend to experiment over the weekend. Ill report my findings asap. And the overwhelming majority of posts I've read say white not ruby red. ;)

16oz of grapefruit juice won't do a damn thing.

You need 1.5-2 liters for a single use, or 1ltr every day for 2-3 days.

And wait at least an hour, it will allow the juice to take effect, and exit your stomach.

Also, WGJ is highly acidic, so take baking soda afterwards to increase stomach PH. Happy?

No WGJ takes effect almost immediately. They've done mean studies.
(But who are they???)

And WGJ only inhibits liver enzymes in large doses.(half a gallon is sufficient.) Otherwise it only inhibits intestinal P450's.
