cigs--

In canada we smoke Next and Belmont's eh. And dont forget those good old canadian classic smokes.

Next are just the poor man's Belmont. They're also Benson and Hedges brand and actually not bad. Some of my friends switched from Belmonts to Next because of cost.

On my last road trip to Vancouver, I couldn't get any Belmonts between Winnipeg and Vancouver. I had Benson and Hedges customer service on the phone directing me to locations that were supposed to sell them all around the Interior of BC. No chance. Alberta and Saskatchewan? Forget it.
Then of course, I get to Vancouver and they're like 40% more than in Ontario. I got stuck at Shambhala smoking Benson and Hedges and Export A.

Yes! Benson and Hedges? My brother went to school at Cooncordia in Montreal and my Dad is Quebecois so I've spent a lot of time up there. From what I've seen, Menthol cigs are not around at all? I'm sure you can get them. but I definitely didn't see them in stores.

When I was a smoker, I mostly smoked Marlboro Red or Marlboro light. I 'quit' smoking many years ago but since then I've both started and stopped chewing tobacco many many times. Currently not chewing but I'll probably fuck up soon like I always do and start again. I mostly chew a couple varieties of grizzly though occasionally I'll spring for a more expensive brand, for example like Copenhagen.

Starting chewing tobacco was a huge mistake for me. I never had much of a problem with smoking tobacco, but chewing tobacco I've found to be even more addictive and more difficult to both stop and stay stopped.

no one smokes hand rolled tobacco ? i live in the uk and it seems cheaper to smoke "burn". i used to smoke cigarettes, loads of different brands, b+h gold is what i started on at 14. smoked ever since. lungs are getting a bit fucked now though.

anyone else from uk remember cigs cost 99p ? i remember 10 gold mark costing that in like 1990. government have stopped allowing companies to make 10's or smaller cheaper packs of tobacco. complete bastards that they are !

In general I don't use tobacco, but once every year or two I get a pack of Parliaments. Used to occasionally get different American Spirits but they pack them so dense it's hard to drag. Both brands are unadulterated to my knowledge, hence why I pick them. If you're gonna do something as stupid and pointless as smoking cigs, might as well get quality ones that don't have rat poison added...

Now, I do like the occasional pipe bowl, I prefer nice wet Cavendish and I'll let it air dry for 30-60 minutes before packing up the pipe. The taste and smell is actually quite delightful, even to non-smokers. Wife says she enjoys the smell of my pipe, but if she saw me smoking a cig she'd slap me lol
