Cigar and cigarette difference

I've noticed that after the buzz from cigarettes I become much more talkative, but with cigars it doesn't change my socialness. Is there a reason for this?

Cigars contain significantly more nicotine. Low doses of nicotine act as a stimulant high doses cause strong sedation

Hmmm even when I just vape a little it doesn't cause the socialness that cigs do, so I don't think it's the nicotine
