Well you're going to die for sure.

But NOT from taking shrooms with cialis. :D That combination should not cause a problem, provided you took a safe dosage of cialis within therapeutic range. If your blood pressure starts to drop and make you feel a bit sick, which could happen because cialis is a vasodilator, then eat some salty food.
