Choline Suppliment

Choline supplements do not cross the BBB and are for the most part pointless...it's argued tho..

They have yet to find an actual supplement to pass the BBB so the best way is to eat foods that will in crease the choline production in your body :)

What is Choline and why would you need a supplement for it? I only ask because at one time I had a terrible case of Lyme Disease that had progressed to the point of infecting my brain and causing encephalitis and meningitis not to mention arthritis and a host of other shitty stuff, and one night while I was recovering but still bed ridden, doing coke because I was trying to get out of the fog surrounding me that was frontal lobe damage, I awoke from a dream vision that consisted of a molecule floating in front of me and the word "acetyl choline" echoing in my head. I thought it may have somehow been a key to speeding my recovering or a clue as to how to treat late stage Lyme disease, some sort of therapy or something. Make any sense? I gather it is a neurotransmitter of some sort perhaps you can enlighten me?

I only have experience using choline with Noopept not piracetam.. I'm sure what the differences are if any

CPD Choline is the best

Choline Citrate is the runner up, it is 20x cheaper, but 1/3 the bioavailability

Just buy choline citrate and take anywhere from half the amount or same amount of piracetam you take
