Heroin China White Fentanyl Dosage

Ok so Ive been shooting up daily for around four months, getting pretty good bags from north jersey. Now I found a source off-streets that has very cheap china white(fentanyl analogue). Apparently its potency is so much higher that its considerably cheaper than dope hundredfold.

Does anyone know the recommend dosage to shoot up if Ive been shooting around 1-2 bags of heroin a day for four months?

Fentanyl itself is about 80x more potent than morphine or ~30x more potent than heroin per milligram in terms of painkilling effects.

The problem you'll run into is that there is no standardization of street narcotics at all. What you have may or may not be fentanyl and is probably cut, but it's not easy to tell how much... and then when you factor in that a "bag" of heroin can be varying weights and purities, we can really only guess.

The rule of thumb with fentanyl is to keep your dosage very low... as opioids go, it has a tendency to kill people who redose too much on it! The incredible potency which can lead to things like unevenly cut drugs, etc doesn't really help things.
