Chicago Suburb Seeks to Ban Glow Sticks from All-Ages Clubs

I hate glowsticks in the first place ;)

I frequent a club in nyc called ARC (some may know it as vinyl) they dont allow glowsticks in there on Friday nights per Danny Tenaglias request..it works well, if your going for the music why do you need the sticks. On saturday nights some people take issue with it, but fuck it..Ill take music over sticks any day
 
^^^ There are many things that I hate too, but should I ask the Big Brother to ban them because of my personal preference ? That's the point here.

less glow sticks = less garbage to dispose of. I'll bet there's some creative folks in these scenes working with EL-Wire and CoolNeon stuff. Battery operated trip-lights with all kinds of possibilities. Sequencers, remote control, computer driven... they've got it all baby!

Speaking of which, I wonder if photons would be banned from such a club ... it's not a glow-stick after all :p
