I had a lot of those bags down south here in the stl. wasn't really a rush though when shot. if plunger was pushed slowly I would get really high and kinda sick feeling. if I pushed fast it was instant blackout, wake up, pounding headaches, sick feeling... not high at all.
 
For me, I get a big rush but it kind of hurts, it's not as euphoric, but it gets you bombed!

One dealer had that kind of dope for almost a month once, there was a lot of garbage out there at that time so I'd rather get something I could feel...

One time, I did a shot of it and walked over to my fridge to get a drink, all of the sudden, I hear my alarm clock going of at 6:30 AM....WTF happened! Shit, I have to go to work! Scary shit!

The pounding headache may have been from oxygen deprivation from respiratory depression though, and not a direct side effect of the "fent dope" itself.

its what I attributed it to. my bad for not clarifying. the messed up thing is those headaches would last all day for me. st Louis area (closest dope circle is chi pretty much with similar quality in my experience) had a bad half year period of so with loads of fent cut dope going around. killed my buddys cousin and a few others I knew. amazing how little fent is needed to od on and how quick it hits.

I had a friend named Jesse die too....the day before thanksgiving 2010...I talked to him at midnight and he was excited that he just got some good dope....

He was tring to get rid of an adderall script....I called him at 11AM the next day and his mom answered, said he died late the night before! they found a script for ninety xanax 1s and a script for 90 adderall 20s right next to em! Neither of em his....It was his ex girlfriend, who I know....her name was still on the bottles!

He died from xanax and heroin....If you're asking for the relevance of that detail....His ex that gave it to him is a complete psycho....she gave the dope dealer up to the cops...She's the one who gave him the xanax, and I pretty much think he would have been fine from the dope itself...It was one of my connects too....

this girls mother died 2 months earlier from Klonopin and methadone....She used to sneak over and give my girlfriend temazepam for free when I was out...I mean, she drove 15 minutes to give it to her for no money, and she's a selfish bitch! I think she was trying to kill her!

she used to tell her, "He cares more about me than you!" and and shit like that....

Every connect I had in common with this girl over the course of 2 years, which was 4 guys, always got busted! The connects I had that she didn't know didn't get busted! that was kind of suspicious!

Plus, you'd always hear that she got busted for dope and coke, but she never seemed to get in any trouble....

She was a shady bitch! that was my point....

oh I suppose its easy to make,it was discovered in 1930s but you need codiene which is legal in russia,desmorphine. At first I thought it was scare propaganda,it scared the shit out of me,they dont purify,it and they dont even filter it. I hit of it is approximately 10x cheaper then herion,they go in abanded houses and someone cooks it 24,7
 
How many lines do all you snorters out there normally get out of your sawbucks? i normally get about 5-6 good sized lines out of the bags i cop regularly and this dope is pretty flame imo.
