Stimulants Chest pain

The other I am pretty sure I took 2 60mg vyvanse on accidents, me being very inattentive I take it for tests. what happen was I woke up a bit late so I was in bit of a rush and I didn't remember taking it I took another one and now the next day I am experiencing chest pain. I am not an avid user of the stuff, so I am freaking out a little here. Is there any good way to relieve it?

Uhm I mean I took it twice the previous day and thought i took it once retrospectively feeling like a jackass.

^ Taking 120mg of Vyvanse always gave me chest pains the next day. Nothing drug wise seemed to help that I tried.

If your chest pain gets worse please seek medical attention.
