^ He's using 40 of them though, they aren't intended to be consumed in that dose, just like acetaminophen, and frankly the pharmaceutical company wouldn't be liable even if the yellow dye was toxic in that amount because you aren't so supposed to consume that much.
Of course as I and the OP have discovered they are perfectly safe after a CWE, but it's not so ridiculous to think that there may be a danger like psilo mentioned.
