Has anyone ever noticed a change of color in their iris (wether it be under the influence of anything or completely sober)?

In attempts of searching for such criteria, the vast majority of results stated that change was due to age (in which a babys eyes changed after a few months or a loss of color became visibal after reaching the age of 50 or so) lighting, etc. (influences in which caused varience, a valid point).

Now, while concideration of the previous statement, has anyone noticed a change after a binge, OD, ANYTHING??

Obviouslly drugs make changes to the brain, thus for my curiosity has been peaked to determine if this has any sort of influence. Any information, please???

Your iris color doesn't change, though it's easy to percieve it as changing under different conditions (lighting, angle, clothing etc)

It's not the color I'd say... I'd say it's more the way the light hits it, and if your pupils dilate or shrink then it might change the way the color is perceived.

I don't know man, after I OD'd and wasn't breathing for several minutes, my iris's looked grey for several days afterwards, in all light... and they are very vibrant.

i've noticed that when my eyes are very pinned that the inner part of the iris is more golden than the outer part which is green. when i was an H addict people used to always comment on the golden specks in my eyes. when my eyes are back to normal they just look green.

Liver problems can cause the eye to look different, including the iris, such as with Kayser-Fleischer rings... Note that this probably isn't what is happening in these cases...

Due to numerous comments recieved, I began noticing my own chameleon like eyes. The color change is comparative to what drug has me under the influence, but always consistant, reflecting the same color relavant to the corasponding drug.

Normal/Sober: Brown, becoming darker toward pupil

H: Olive green

Amphetamines: Either a yellow(more like a honey golden yellow(this always recieves the most comments)), or blue hue, a better depiction being a dark turqoise

Starting a few weeks to a month ago, i began taking pictures, with as little variation as possible(always in dark, with phone camera and flash). In which case, I deducted the color match, pertaining to what drug, was just alike to the previous uses.

I cant fathm this being possible! I hate not having answers!
