aite i want ya'll to let me know if this is safe

this is what you do

after the consumption of marijuana (never tried sober) you crouch down and steady your breathing. you exhale all air out of your lungs and after about ten seconds of breathing down there you quickly stand up and take a deep breath. you hold your breath as long as you can, and what results is like a 5 second salvia trip.

i tried it with my friend last night, he told me it was safe unlike the pass out game. and he said not to do it drunk. he told me it works because of the sudden change in altitude, it sounds logical but i'm not sure if it's safe.

and i can't find anything about it online

taking this one step further: what if you smoked on a plane that was rapidly descending?

If I was on the plane with you, I'd high five you, and we'd smoke a huge fattie.

But, in reality you'd probably get tackled by airplane staff :\

lol Its not due to a "sudden change in altitude". The difference between sitting and standing is no where near enough of a change in altitude to cause that, its caused by sudden blood loss to the brain. Obviously just by the sound of it you can tell its probably not the healthiest thing, you are starving your brain of oxygen, granted its only for a few seconds.

I would not suggest doing this a lot, it probably isnt going to cause any harm, but starving your brain of oxygen is never a healthy thing to do, and why take the risk for a 5 second trip? Besides, if you happen to have low blood sugar or are sick or something is just off, there is a good chance you could pass out, and then theres a good chance you could hit your head as you fall to the ground. :\

Edit: I misread the part about taking a deep breath as you stand, which does help with the oxygen to the brain part, however my statement still stands. I'm sure plenty of you have felt that light headed/dizzy feeling upon standing too quickly at least once in your life.
