CEV's after smoking marijuana

I've been a novice-moderate marijuana user for the past 3 years. I'll go through phases of smoking twice weekly, and then take month long breaks at a time. Pot is always a hit or miss for me, sometimes it's an enjoyable experience, sometimes not. My friends on the other hand really enjoy it and have blossomed into quite the cannibis users. They get high grade strains, have triple percolatored bongs, top of their fat bowls with hash and blaze daily. What does that mean for me? Well the combination of great weed, low tolerance, and wanting to keep up with my friends is like a rocketship to another universe.

Weed is an incredibily pyschedelic experience for me! My surroundings turn into landscapes, colors glow and set moods, bodyparts become numbers and letters (my hand is the number 4, my face is the letter K), I can compose and direct music when I listen to my iPod.

Then I close my eyes.

Intricate fractals shoot off a single point like an explosion of lightening. Jointed plant like structures grow in a symmetrical fashion to a driving drum beat (which seems to come from within). All sense of where I am and who I am is slipping away fast..."okay my name is ______ and I smoked something, but wow who knew pot could do this!"... and then I slip away from reality and get lost in my surroundings, the sounds, colors, smells...

And my friends are sitting across from me just giggling "liiiightweeeiiigght". And I can't help but wonder why weed doesn't play with their mind like it does mine!

Have you taken psychedelics in the past? I know that cannabis gained that aspect after I took mushrooms for the first time.

I just got them a little bit ago. It is super unnoticeable unless you concentrate on it, and only happens minimally

Lucky for some! :D

8 years and not one visual of any kind on pot, psychedelics or no. I envy you. :)
