Cetirizine Question

I read that Cetirizine (Zyrtec) can still cause slight drowsiness. How much could i take to help me sleep (i don't have anything else, it sucks, i know).

It does not cross the BBB enough to produce much drowsiness, even though it can produce mild drowsiness. It is derived from piperazine.
