Hi there, I had a quick q about Cessamet. I recently discovered a pretty fair stack of it, and have some concerns over proper dosage (188lb.) duration of effects, and how long the come up time is. Anyone with any experience regarding Cessamet, please feel free to chime in--good, bad or otherwise.

peas to all.

And yeah, I just realized that my piss-of-spelling helped me miss a lot of info in the search window....srry. Still curious to hear more about Cesamet, instead of Marinol

i've tried it for pain, seemed to work okay but i didn't get high. My dad was prescribed cesamet until he got medical cannabis; he liked it at first and it kept him from fiending to get high but didn't like them enough to ever take them again.

i couldn't say how long it took to come up or duration as i did not feel anything significant other than some relief from strep throat.

So after taking 6mg I found nothing until about 5-7 hours later. I went to sleep, woke up feeling loaded to the gills. Couldn't focus on anything, heavy body fuck. It was like being ultra baked, but being launched into the middle of a good buzz (since I slept). Yeah, probably not much social recreational use, but maybe something there for those that like to push it to higher dosages etc...

Each Cesamet capsule contains 1 mg nabilone and the following inactive ingredients: povidone and corn starch. The capsule shells contain the following inactive ingredients: F D & C Blue No. 1, Red D&C Nos. 28 and 33, gelatin, and titanium dioxide.

So if you extracted that with a decent amount of alcohol, maybe you could smoke it? May be easier to titrate and handle the comeup, but I know the seame oil or whatever in the Marinol gels makes them bullshit to smoke.

The povidone would gel up with alcohol, but you just have to do repeated washes. Use isopropanol, it's cheap. Just concentrate it all onto some damiana or something.
