Yes it is and I'm not surprised at all. It's especially believable because she portrays him as a germophobe and says he reminds him of his daughter. Two things that weren't widely known at the time of the recording. But nowadays everyone knows how he would love to fuck his own daughter and that he's irrationally afraid of germs

Don't get me wrong, I'm really not a apologist for the USSR, nor do I tolerate it when people defend the Soviet Union uncritically.
But of all things one can criticize about the USSR, prosecution of the nobility and monarchists was pretty much one of the least morally questionable things the bolsheviks did.
