I'm not sure what you're trying to say. Liberals are stereotypically anti-guns, pro-establishment and are averse to strong masculine types (yes I'm generalizing)
Conservatives rally against big government i.e. the consolidation of power which is setting up the potential for tyrannical regimes.
One of the often-repeated tropes is that they value the 2A to resist potential government tyranny.

That's offensive I know plenty of gays who love their guns and straight people who are freaked out by them.
It didn't mention anything gays though? I have some conservative-leaning gay friends who wouldn't back down from a tussle.

I wasn't talking of liberals either. They are, as I already said multiple times, ideologically speaking not that far away from conservatives. They're both pro capitalist right wingers.
The liberal party in germany is even more right wing than the conservative party..
Both are interested in keeping the status quo btw..
Don't make the mistake to think the Dems and Reps want something fundamentally different.

“The United States is also a one-party state but, with typical American extravagance, they have two of them.”

-Julius Nyerere, former President of Tanzania

Yeah not sure about that, but that's when we get into the confusing business of defining labels.

This I can agree with somewhat. The major issues are never up for debate. Bailing out the banks and corporations unsurprisingly is bipartisan.
Also when it comes to laws increasing government surveillance.
And then no politician with any power is ever going to challenge the US' relationship with Israel.
