Celexa and MDMA

I'm currently on 20mg celexa, only been on it for a few months. I know the effects of MDMA will be reduced, and i wanted to stop taking my celexa for a few days so i could roll.
How many days would be sufficient to be off celexa to try to have a good roll? (i havent rolled in at least 3 years and im really anxious too again) would 3 days off celexa do the job?

3 days is not sufficient time to get off of a chemical. SSRIs have a rather nasty withdrawal, if you were to stop taking it all at once you may be in for some complications. Really you shouldn't go off of your medicine at all just to take a drug, but 1 week of slowing lowering the dose of the drug (3/4 of a pill for a few days, then 1/2 for a few days, then 1/4) then a week completely off of the drug. Under that I would recommend you not to roll at all, the risks highly outweigh the rewards and even the schedule I laid out has some small risks

SSRI's should not be mixed with MDMA. 3 days is no where near enough time. Celexa has an extremely long half life (35hours) and will still be in your system after 3 days which will add to the seretonin syndrome. Do not cold turkey SSRI's as the withdrawal causes lots of brain zaps and it is very nasty experience with risk for very serious side effects. It is very serious medication that should be taken seriously.

If you disregard your treatment and choose to roll instead, taper off your dose very slowly.

SSRI's are a very serious drug, i assume you have been prescribed them because you felt like your life wasn't what it should be. Stick to your regime because your doctor knows best. Taking MDMA could possible fuck your regime and set you back any time you have gained.
