Celebrex/celecoxib, any good as a painkiller?

My friend gave me a few of these to help me deal with my inflammatory pain. I know they aren't recreational, but are they good painkillers? Or not even worth taking?

They're alright as NSAIDs, but carry the same risks that all NSAIDs do.

Better than advil/naproxen? I need 4 advils to take the edge off a little and naproxen never did a thing for me for some reason.
