and babies that are in need. oh damn

Yes, that’s exactly what tripped me out about it. I’m a mother and that part really got to me. I hope if she’s reading this, she’ll reach out to someone here for help. I have experienced domestic violence hell, twice, and I know what she’s going thru and my inbox is open 24/7 just shoot a dm. I got you. You are not alone. Hold on a sec. I must have been fucked up when I read the original post. Reading it again, sober, this female isn't trapped in her house on lockdown as I thought. She is just trying to catch her spouse being unfaithful. That last line routed that thought process in my head because I have known female who were physically trapped. I need to lay off the sauce.

Yeah thats why I was confused on why you thought she was being held prisoner. Only thing that concerned me was the mention of her kids..like is he doing something to them?? I hope they’re safe and well.
She seemed worried that the babies might be in a volatile situation and maybe just wants to protect her family and take care of them properly and appropriate.
Thank you for D.V. community support. I hope they found safety and shelter and whatever they had needed for specific help or resources. Or can read this again to know

I've been acused and one cannot dispute when another is decided on the matter. Anyone who knows me knows it to be ridiculous, so looking back, I don't know if this person had previous relationship failures but I walked; made myself homeless. One day, I just could not take being accused every moment of the day.
If a man did this to a woman, it would clearly be classed as 'controlling behaviour' because even just counting up calls is impinging on another person's privacy. You don't get to OWN someone else - nobody does. We call it SLAVERY. How many actions and decisions were made on the presumption of guilt?

I do feel for any woman being abused and tools have been provided if that is the way it must go for whatever reason......as good as we gunna do I think

Repeated for truth. It's bad enough to spend months being randomly accused; eats into one's self-worth and isolates as meeting a friend just offers more accusations. But if kids are around that, they will pick up on it and often thing they are somehow to blame, or worse, be used by one or both in some really awful ways. If violence is apparent, DO get the police and social services involved.
