Cat vs. Meth

Okay, I UTFSE (used the fucking search engine) and came up with diddly comparing these two. For you tweakers out there (I have no experience) is Cat worth the trouble of getting? The info I can find on the web is contradictory and since I can ask directly here (and know who and who isn't full of shit) I thought I'd ask.
Anyone have any recent experiences?

Cat's like gobs of caffiene without the body load. You need to do a lot of it. It seems to be shorter acting, but the energy I got from it stays there - fun for a rave if nothing else is available, but I couldn't recommend it for anything else.
For me, at least, the comedown's much worse than meth. I'm one of those weird people that doesn't really come down hard from stimulants, but cat destroyed my higher brain functioning for the next day, making Taco Bell employees better at math and basic reasoning than I was. Don't worry, it comes back.
Overall score: 3/5, partially because you get the satisfaction of doing something yourself, and it smells good. Otherwise 2/5. You're probably better off using the stuff once or twice - you'll see why it never attained the popularity of methamphetamine.

I give it two thumbs down!
Had some at home once, and it is like taking a lot of caffeine. All it did was make me need to constantly talk shit, but the whole time I had a frustrated, pissed-off feeling. Someone described it as an angry high, and I definitely agree with that description. I only use meth/speed occassionally, so the cat should have effected me more than it would a methhead, and I was still unimpressed. It's nowhere near as enjoyable as meth/speed!

Methcathinone isn't much better then some Vivrin or Sudafed - really, it's not that great if you're going to compare it to methamphetamine.. but I think cat serves a WONDERFULL purpose that makes it a truely WONDERFULL DRUG - it's something you can actually make in your kitchen! Yup, if you start the night before a rave with some cold pills; you can be taking a baggie of white crystals to the party, hell, you can take a gram of those white crystals (it cost you maybe $2 to make that gram) and sell it for $50-$70 because it looks like real meth and actually gives you some energy ..
So if you have meth then don't waste your time with cat, but if you cant get meth and have a kitchen to yourself for the night, shit, why not expairment with illicint drug chemistry?

I definitely agree with PhreeX! I've completed the 'recipe' a couple of times in the past. It just brings a smile to my face knowing I've created something that's C-1. I wouldn't bother finding pure pfed if you want to try it though. The raw stuff is better used elsewhere.
