Hey all,

So due to finals I have been strung out on Adderall the past few days. I have mild mild chest pains at times, and feel something with my heart that I never have before. Nothing is an emergency - I am just exhausted. It has been 15+ hours since my last dose of adderall. The only opiate I have is tram, is this an OK choice for helping me relax, and lower/steady my heartbeat and breathing? A low dose. Opinions appreciated :)

I wouldn't recommend mixing tramadol with amphetamines, in fact, I'd say its a really bad idea.

Even though it has been 15 hours since your last dose, there are other options in regards to slowing down your heart besides tramadol (tramadol has NRI and serotonin releasing properties in addition to being an opiate).

I would be more inclined to down a couple benedryls rather than the tram. It has never been that effective for me and I find tram nearly useless for oral pain.

I have experience with both, and have dosed on both. I would definitely rate tram higher then diphenhydramine on a sedation scale.

I am aware of tram's SSRI properties, which is why I tread caution posting. I would never dose both at the same time.

So, diphenhydramine or tramadol? I wouldn't mind a little euphoria, but hey im really just looking to chill out for a ride.

tramadol and amphetamine DONT mix. please, tramadol is too shitty to risk having a seizure or serotonin syndrome. take either or, not both...

Please read my post, I would have taken tram 21 hours after my last dose of Adderall, hardly a risk.

I ended up taking 50mg benadryl, thanks.
