Well I can't make the decision for you. If you think she likes you, ask her out. I wouldn't worry too much. I guess try feeling her out more and find out if shes married and shit like that. I personally wouldn't give a shit about being embarrassed if I liked her. Its better than to regret never trying, well at least to me. Just don't come across as a perv and you probably won't regret it if she shoots you down.
