Hello all,

We are looking for a decent machine to fill our dental capsules with dental amalgam alloy & mercury. If anyone of you have worked or know about such capsule filling machines, can you guide me in the right direction?

Dental capsule is a plastic capsule shaped container, consisting of three caps. The bottom cap is weighed (either 400, 600 or 800 mg) with alloy powder and then capped with the middle cap, which has a membrane in the middle creating another container for mercury. The mercury (same weight as powder) is poured in the middle cap and finally capped with the top most cap. Dental capsule looks like the picture below.

Any help regarding a machine suitable for filling these capsules would be highly appreciated.

Regards,
