Welcome to BL GxMew You can PM staff members as a Greenlighter unless something is not quite right with your account which isn't likely. Go ahead and PM them if you have any problems come back here and give us the details and any error messages.

Fizzle added a admin attention tag to your thread. Once in a while accounts get made with permissions that aren't quite right for reasons unknown and the only people who can discern if that is the problem and fix it are admins.

Its actually been a problem in the past where, for whatever reason, greenlighters couldnt PM certain mods because of the mods settings, rather than users settings. Not because of anything the mods intentionally did, it was just a setting that went a little wacky somewhere. Can I ask which staff member you were trying to PM?

Citra is not a staff member, thats why you cant PM them. You can only PM staff as a greenlighter. You can always post the response in a thread or someplace where citra can see it, but citra should know that as a greenlighter you cant respond to PMs.
