Technical Problem Can't post new thread in mobile version

... because I can't choose a prefix. There's no prefix choice in the mobile version. Maybe I missed it but I looked all over the page, don't see it. It's not just my device either it doesn't show on my smart phone or my Kindle fire. Those are what I use to browse the web like 98% of the time & on my phone I can't find the option to switch to the desktop version. Can someone fix this please?
