Technical Problem Can't log in

So for the last couple of days every time I try to log in I get to the page that says click here if you're not being redirected and then it takes back to the page I was on but doesn't log me in. I tried clicking on the redirecting link but it does the same thing. Does this sound like a problem with a site or could I have been hacked?
