if you cant "find" a vein try running your arms under warm water, if you found a vein just make sure you draw blood and your good not really to much to it, also make sure your tied off tight if you use ties/belts,
captain heroin: i started iv'ing heroin at age 15 im 19 years old now and i am living proof that starting at such a young age is a one way ticket to full blown addiction, physical and pysch withdrawls, ive attended 9 rehabs been on countless maintenence programs. to the person whos asking the question: when you finally hit that vein make sure your looking at it when you do because your life will never be the same
