Can't gain weight, Not one pound

What a lot of people seem to be forgetting is that you need vitamins and minerals to digest/uptake all the nutrients properly, if you chug down 250 g's of protein every day but no vitamins whatsoever your body will not efficiently convert it to muscle

No one has recommended a protein only diet for that very reason..
 
Your gains will never be like your intial gains, that is as good as it gets, if you want to grow at that rate of 20 pounds every 2 months, you need to hop on gear, but even then ur results will eventually become harder and harder to comeby. I think your just looking for that extra edge right now to keep things going. Bump up your calories with more protein and carbs, throw in some creatine, maybe run low nolva to get ur test higher and estrogen lower if u dont want to cycle. Its a marathon, not a sprint.
