Heroin can't feel my gear...

Yall think doing a shot with of n smack will help me punch thru, been weeks since any oc bc came across some local gear but now I'm"used"to the H, so I thought mixing in something different might help me get all warm n fuzzy

If you've got a tolerance to heroin then mixing other opioids in is just going to raise it even more.
