if i weigh 175 lb male and exercise daily
. lets say i smoke 1 joint today but have been clean a year . will i be detectible in urine in one weeks time? thanks!

A lot of variables at play but if it was a once off thing and once off being just a few pulls of a joint then yeah you might be lucky with 3-4 days depending metabolism and shit but in all reality as it actually sit in your fat cells reason it takes so long to get out best safest bet is 2-3 weeks.

But 4 example myself I tested positively even after 8 months of being clean. All at play but if your situation is as you stated. A week max but I think it wil be less
