This happened months ago but I think writing a trip report will help me mentally deal with some serious physical and mental pain I have been experiencing. I had been using mephedrone a decent amount all summer. always .5g+ up the nose and quickly got into plugging as I had been accustomed to consuming that way with other substances such as 2c-b and MDMA. I was using with my girlfriend mostly and we quickly were moving towards .7g and up. During the course of the night I am smoking cannabis throughout.
0:00 - We always start the night off with 75mg bumps and normally 2. We find that after 2, it just gets speedy and loses euphoria so we go to booty bumps that are about 100mg and that just does it in.
0:30 - talkative and chatty in my room. we live together and one of our rooms is a studio room and another a bedroom as we are both artists. we smoke cigarettes and talk about school and life. great times flooding
1:00 - we start to booty bump. 100mg doses and its great. INTENSE RUSHING. we tend to get very sexual on mephedrone but it always goes no where because I cannot get keep an erection. I have before and I realize it has everything to do with focus but drone just leaves you too all over the place to stay focused.
1:30 - we both tend to use anal toys together while we play as this seems to be the most sexually intense and gratifying experience for both of us. and we tend to get carried away as minutes turn into hours normally.

I have beens smoking bongs all night and I am so spun I am starting to have hallucinations. her face will flatten and somehow her ear will replace her eye. they are not psychedelic at all but more delusions that make now sense. the only thing I can compare to is like DXM or maybe MDA rolls where you start to kind of trip out but no geometry. We talk about everything and talk about how mephedrone has been messing with our sex life recently in a bad way. There is a pointless desperate urge for both of us to reach orgasm on mephedrone but it is pointless because we have literally found it impossible for either of us to achieve after doing more than 2 lines of 75mg. It has fueled such rampant sexual desire that it has definitely shifted how we act sexually outside of the drugs. A lot less passionate interaction and a lot more lazy, "lets just have sex" which has lost its spark and sort of just been another routine in our lives. we love it but have noticed a diminished quality in our sex life due to it not being so involved and sort of too easy to engage with.
5:00 - we do another 100mg booty bump and possibly snort some, i don't remember and go for final walk of the night. when we get back I am so horny even though we spent so much time watching porn and being super kinky with each other. After such a long talk about our sex life I offended her that I wanted to fool around even though we clearly just talked about it being a problem. I tell her i just want to be gone for like 15 minutes and she goes to bed and I sneak off to masturbate.
here comes the bad part:
5--10:00 - I spent roughly 5 hours after this masturbating to porn and using anal toys. I was smoking weed and just got completely carried away in my own world. I had no idea it had been hours. Mephedrone seems to numb your body so I had no limit with anal penetration and definitely would have NEVER EVER DONE THIS sober. I finally came desperately after the sun had come up and my heart was racing and sweating profusely. I then, for whatever reason still extremely high, went for another orgasm which was not as hard.
I finally go to bed exhausted and soaked my pillow it drone sweat which smells so much of the chemical.
TWO DAYS LATER
I have sex with my girlfriend completely sober. After I ejaculate it is extremely painful and the pain lasts for hours. I think I pulled something so I take week long break and have sex again. this time, the pain is twice as bad. I wait a few days and continues to get worse now instead of subside. I go to multiple doctors and go on multiple prescriptions for prostate infection to no luck. I even went to hospital due to allergic reaction to bactrim and they said I had chrons disease.
IT HAS NOW BEEN 4 MONTHS. and every time I recover with no sex up to 3 weeks, I have sex and is extremely painful. I cannot masturbate anymore, no orgasm at all. I am slowly recovering but has caused serious damage to my relationship with someone who I want to spend the rest of my life with. I have had experience with many many types of psychoactive substances and NEVER ONCE have I been so inconsiderate to my body and my loved one. I highly would reconsider being sexual on mephedrone and would love to talk to anyone who has also experience muscular problems from using mephedrone. I cannot smoke marijuana at all anymore after daily usage for 3+ years because it makes pain considerably worse. I cannot drink alcohol because it aggravates my bladder and I then will have serious burning pain while urinating due to alcohol causing muscular weakness or negative effect on bladder retention that is linked to aggravated muscles. I have been completely sober for the most part in the past 4 months. just rest and heat has not helped at all. I hope this will end. Another considerable warning about mephedrones effect on your decision making and sexual drive.
