I'd like to preface by saying I know this combo isn't safe - hell %99 percent of combos are unsafe, but in small enough doses, interesting synergy can be achieved.
One large joint of mid grade weed was smoked between myself and a friend at about 3. I don't smoke often these days so I was pretty blazed.
Three hours later I'm hooked up with 25mg dexamphetamine. Having a codeine dependence I thought i'd eat 15mg and snort 10mg of the dex to see what kind of synergy would happen.
The high could best be summed up as confusing.
After consuming the dex around 5, I waited about an hour and a half and dosed 180mg codeine. (This is not a dose which gets me high, simply keeps wd's at bay - it's all I had left.) I eat a quarter a bar of xanxax (0.5) as well to see what happens.
I'm torn between wanting to go out and socialise and wanting to veg out and stare at the wall. I play video games for a while and makes some friends over Xbox live (i'm normally to shy to use mic as silly as that sounds but I plugged it in this time and met some cool people.)
It's now 12.45, and over the course of the night i've had the rest of the xan bar (1.5mg) and I feel sort of neutral. The xan has overtaken the codeine euphoria (not that i expected much for such a small dose) and I don't feel THAT stimulated - i'm definitely sped up but no euphoria. I only felt some euphoria from the dex in the first 2-3 hours. Now I just feel awake.
I think with a recreational dose of codeine (around 300mg) and a little more dexamphetamine (I'd put 40mg up the nose next time) a nice quasi-speedball could be achieved.
Again, I know how dangerous poly drug use is.
I'm wondering how many people have entertained combos such as these (pharmaceutical amphetamines and pharmaceutical opiates/benzos.)
Right now a spliff nightcap would be beautiful, it would certainly add another dimension to the stone.
I can rarely get all of these drugs at one time so this isn't something I do often but i'm keen to retry it with different doses and a little more planing.
