Yo, cannabis does act as a short term bronchodilator, which means that it will stop an asthma attack mid-way. But because your inhaling smoke and other potential irritants, it causes increased inflammation, and hence in the long run will make your asthma worse.
The only way to get around this is to ingest it, but then the airway dilation effects take to long to kick in
i disagree.
my lungs are definitely stronger than they used to be. rarely need my inhaler anymore when i run.
