Even as one of the 14 states, NJ will still be strictest :(

Its a step in the right direction, i was just hoping for more i suppose.

Yeah I agree, but I'll take anything I can get..

If you look back in American-Stoner history I'd say this generation is finally starting to make the type of strides others desired in the past.. Power of the internet really.
