If persay you had a large quantity of poorly/shorty cooked bud that is still semi potent, is the olive oil it was cooked in and now soaked in ok for smoking? Or at least no worse than plant carcinogens?

Hang on... you cooked bud in olive oil and now want to smoke it? Not gonna happen I'm afraid. You can eat/drink it, but if you want to make hash oil to smoke you need to use a solvent that's easy to evaporate. This seems like a troll thread to be honest, but I'm replying on the off-chance that it isn't.

BHO butane hash oil
search google, theres also plenty of youtube vids how to do it. You spend like 20$ in supplies, you yield about .1 grams of oil from 1 gram of herb. Potent stuff, and you can put it on top of bowls, hard to smoke on its own without it liquifying when heated.. unless you have an oil dome.

QWISO is much safer to produce than BHO.
If you have trouble smoking hash oil, get a piece of wire and scrape some up, then heat the wire so that the hash oil drips, and put it on a bowl of ash. The ash acts as an inert material so that you can smoke the pure oil.

QWISO taste like shiit compared to BHO, and it takes longer to evaporate the alc. If you know what your doing you can make BHO from start to smoking it in less than five minutes.
BHO isnt dangerous to make if you do it outside ( i know not everyone can do that )

Never underestimate the stupidity of your fellow man. I'm more than happy to make BHO, but there are people in this world who shouldn't use real scissors, and for their benefit it's worth mentioning a method of producing hash oil that doesn't involve building what is basically a bomb.

As Yerg and Blaze have mentioned, you can try a iso wash or butane method. I wouldn't try to smoke the oil.
TBH, at this point, why don't you just use the oil in a food prep?
