Hi guys I was just wondering if it is possible to vaporize green tea to get some minor stimulation effects?

any recommendations?

Anything is possible, I mean, benzodiazepines, the vast majority exist in freebase form, so hypothetically you could vaporize it, but WHY would you?! Just because you can, does that mean you should?

Why would you want to vaporize it instead of just steeping yourself a nice strong cup of tea?? Way healthier and you don't destroy the antioxidants as I would imagine applying heat would.

$0.02... Do you know ANYONE who has EVER vaporized green tea? Why would you want to do this? There are so many healthier, safer, more effective ways of attaining stimulation.

What else have you tried that has failed leading you to ask us this question?

sheer curiosity man, bought a vaporizer not long ago and from time to time I wonder what other stuff other than weed I could use it for, cause it says herbs vaporizer, what other herbs are good for vaporization ? And why would it be unhealthy? I thought vaporizing herbs is quite healthy

l dig where your coming from, if I had a new vaporizer I would experiment a little. I could see me going out on a date and throwing some strong spearmint leaves or cinnamon in it and having breath that really smells fresh, coming from deep in the lungs, that might last a long time. What the hell give it a go.

pretty sure when they say herb, that's their way of saying cannabis...

Also, we don't allow "what should I take" or even vaporize threads here in other drugs, so we can't suggest other options of what you should do to enjoy using your vaporizer, that's not what this forums about it's not a vaporizer enthusiast's lounge.

Why would it be unhealthy? I meant to imply that it is far LESS healthy than just consuming the tea as it was intended to be consumed, orally in tea form.. so that you get the most antioxidants out of it, which is what I wasn't sure you'd be getting if you put green tea in a vaporizer....

Also, wouldn't vaping tea ruin the taste of anything else you'd want to vaporize in there? I know that cannabis resin is easily cleaned with various solvents (I prefer to clean my glassware with a mix of anhydrous isopropyl alcohol, anhydrous acetone, naptha, rock salt and/or uncooked rice, and HOT water if necessary or if it's so dirty that the three incredibly powerful aforementioned solvents aren't enough to clean my piece, which has never been the case for me... Iso/Acetone/Naptha has never failed to clean even the dirtiest pieces in my experience)

It's possible in theory but not any more useful than just making tea; because there's lots of compounds in green tea that are nonvolatile but still good for you.

Why not?

There are a variety of different herbs to experiment with.

Tea is an herb.

Why even question it?

Either way you will be just fine.

I’m sure something will come out of it.

Buy raw or organic tea bags... Caffeine vaporizes at 352 degrees F...

It will be mildly stimulating.

It has anti irritant properties as well...

Mix it with some shitty bud, it will improve the taste and make it smoother.
