No I personally wouldn't recommend taking Talwin (with Nalexone) while using a Butran's patch.

I personally have never researched the binding affinities of naltrexone VS buprenorphine

HOWEVER, if you do your homework, you should be fine; but what if the numbers you find aren't indicative of reality? The naltrexone theoretically could (assuming my ignorance of the binding affinities yields naltrexone to have the higher affinity) put you into withdrawal.
