Opioids Can you stop once you feel the high?

Sadly, I can't use heroin/full agonists, as I know it'll be too good to me and I'll want to keep using it frequently enough to get dependent, and then addicted.

Benzos, bupe, etc. - very easy for me to take a moderate dosage and save the rest for later.
