can you snort vyvanse by heating it with vinegar?

swims pet robot has got his hands on a few 60mg vyvanse. He was wondering if the method of mixing the powder with vinegar on a spoon and boiling it off several times and then railing it actually works. and if not what what he need to do to make it snortable. Also does eating something small such as crackers make it work better. For oral use of course
