Can you smike wormwood artemisia absenthium

I don't know wha this does, my buddy just gave it to me, its looks like cat nip. Am I supposed to smoke it or what, he says make tea out of it but therre is no tea bad wtf

Here is the only info I could find on it. It doesn't seem worth it to me, but other users report some hallucinogen affects that one may or may not enjoy.

Also, what do you mean about there being no tea? You make the tea out of it by adding it to hot water, and filtering out the solids.
