Hi to those of you who remember me. I'm just about to start my first cycle, after much advice, reading and comparing, I've decided to go for Cypionate and Boldenone. I had great recommendations for running Cyp with Deca, as it looked like I couldn't get Boldenone at first. I'm wondering how differently I should treat it, now that I got Bold, as my first choice.

It's my first cycle, I'm 29 Male, been training my whole life (mostly martial arts), 5'10, about 65kg.

My training is primarily martial arts, but I will be using weights a few times each week as part of my training. Sparring, hard runs, lots of body weight training, lots of pads. My training with weights is based around repairing and strengthening my injured shoulder (injury is a repeat dislocation, latest is a year old), and improving my overall strength throughout my whole body.

That's just an over view, if this was your goal, and you were running Cyp, and Bold, how often, and at what doses would you run?

My first recommendation is that you do not do a cycle.

Second, I would recommend that you begin actually lifting and working out as opposed to it being an afterthought/supplementation to martial arts.

If overall strength was your goal ( a vague goal), why do you feel like you want eq as opposed to deca?

Training with weights is not an after thought, bulking isn't my main goal though. I have been using weights for a good while now mate.

As discussed here: http://www.bluelight.org/vb/threads/714671-Advice-on-first-cycle-Strength-martial-arts

My weeks will look similar to this:

1. Morning - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps /// Evening - Techniques + cardio
2. Morning - Cardio - Pad work /// Evening - Techniques, harder training, pad work, sparring / sparring drills
3. Morning - Back, Biceps /// Evening - Technical work
4. Morning - Cardio - Pad work /// Evening - Techniques, harder training, pad work, sparring / sparring drills
5. Morning - Legs, Abs
6. Morning to Afternoon - Sparring
7. Morning - Cardio

Going with eq as it has a rep for doing well with connective tissues, lean muscles gains etc, deca was 2nd choice.

Personally if it was my first cycle I'd stick to one compound... Test-C, pin twice per week... Total weekly dose at your body weight 375mg.... 10-12 weeks...

As test is the base of all cycles, I would see how your body reacts to just test before you include other compounds... Any side effects you will know its the test, and adjust dose or ancillary's accordingly..

Eq will def give you pro collagen synthesis, but I think that'd help more with torn tissue than a dislocation . But you know your body better than I do. In fact, that's part of the reason for my response: I don't have enough info, and your goal is vague.

Now, if somebody had a tendon or ligament issue, and I had to prescribe aas, I'd roll with eq.

Do you plan on running test for life or just one time? How much do you have and do you have ready access to more? If not, do you have pct on hand? Have you read the "my first cycle" sticky?

As far as I remember you had trouble with your joints in your shoulders which is why your opting for eq?

Gf wouldn't eq be fine with test as it is on the low side of things when it comes to e2 conversion and side effects? As far as I remember the op has had issues with tissue in the past so in his specific situation don't you think he would be ok running a low dose of eq just for its healing purposes? The same Way I'm running 300mg deca per week...
Opinion?
