Can you read/ interpret this NMR and ID the cathinone related substance?

I think it may be ethyl naphyrone?
Nasty shit.

Well whatever it is I am very interested in someone revealing what the fuck this is. Its being sold as "Rmmc", and when i got this sample i put it to the side and honestly didnt even want it touching my fingers. It cannot be that gross because some people like it supposedly I will be watching this topic in hopes someine can reveal. Does it look toxic as shit? If its something to put to use I would but right now its poison to me as far as im concrned. The r supposedly stands for replacement mmc. Stupidest marketing i have ever seen on an already sketchy marketing scheme.
If i can send my sample off and not get introuble i would like to end this mystery but im to lazy for that

If you purchased this substance as a drop in replacement for 4-MMC, there's no hope for you. I suggest throwing it in the garbage if the vendor won't tell you what he's selling.
I suppose you do not have a zoom of this spectra,
but the signal near 8.00 pm looks much like alpha-proton from naphthalene.
If so, you would see two set of multiplets (peak with many "peak top") whereas each peak overlays alomost on another.
The multiplet also looked very alike to doublet (two tops) but with zoom it shouldnt.
With this resolution I couldnt say it for sure, but what can i say is it doesnt look like ethcathinones.

I think it's an approx. 1:1 mixture of N-something-3,4-methylenedioxysomethingcathinone and N-something-4-methylsomethingcathinone. I can't really tell what the somethings are without more detail on the peaks labelled with ? The peak pick might have helped, but it's conspicuously absent from those peaks, I guess they don't want you to know what it is...
Edit: But the aromatic shifts are quite far off the prediction for the 4-methyl compound. The peak at 6ppm definitely suggests a methylenedioxy though, and the peak around 2.3 ppm looks like an aromatic methyl. And the two NH2 peaks, and doubling of other peaks does suggest a mixture.

Hmm... According to the above peak + markings,
does not the "red" marks showed a monosubstituted phenyl then (7.8ppm 1H, 7.4ppm 2H, 7.15ppm 1H)? If so it wouldn't match the MDXX thing.
the "blue" marks looked fine though, being a disub phenyl. But I wonder, the 7.95ppm 1H looks so much deshielded. Doesnt it look like theres
an electron withdrawing group somewhere? (eek! halogen?)

The red fits perfectly with 3,4-MDxx, the peak at 6ppm is pretty characteristic too. I thought the blue looked fine as well, but yeah, almost 8ppm is too high for 4-Me, so what's the peak at 2.3ppm? A halogen could be worrying, is anything known about neurotoxicity of 4-halocathinones? And would they be stupid enough to risk it!?
Interesting problem.

Methylone and something?
Some one trying to get rid of banned stock?

That's the most likely composition, yes. Banned cathinone "bath salts" garbage.

(1) Definitely a mixture of two molecules
(2) Looks like one has a 3 carbon chain (possibly 4-FA), and other has a 4 carbon chain (such as butylone).
(3) The above rules out MDPV or Naphyrone
Not an expert, just my take on it...
