It seems there is no definite ld50 but they listed between 500mg-850mg you should be fine

People have varying sensitivities and it is really hard to say absolutely not - it would be unlikely to be fatal if taken on its own but not impossible, especially if combined with other downers.

LD50 is the dose that would be fatal for 50% of people (it's not very accurate really and is often extrapolated from animal studies) - it also doesn't take into account variation in tolerance.. thank you for the info though, 500-850mgs is interesting! Presume that is for opioid naive people.

I would think you can if you dont have a tolerance...........I know w/o a tolerance, my 1st time I used 50mg of codeine & I was high, no buzz but high but it only lasted for an hour then the comedown. 360mg of codeine phosphate would have had me vomiting for sure & a possible OD.

Yeah, good point. I was thinking about fatal ODs but it could very much be too high a dose for someone in terms of unpleasant effects. It could also be fatal - especially to someone sensitive to opioids and opiate-naive.. no way for us to say for sure xbloodwhipx.

If you are concerned that yourself or someone else has taken an overdose then it is essential that you get them/you to the ER as soon as possible.
